Yarnell Daze, the Mountaintop Festival
Will be held on Saturday, May 9th this year.

This is an all-day event with a huge variety of activities for everyone to enjoy and participate in.

The Parade, something wonderful from out of the past, is a real family pleaser
with antique cars and floats, horses, clowns and fire trucks.

The Parade will start at 10am in Glen Ilah. Visitors should park and on the side of
Highway 89 to cheer on the Grand Marshal, Chuck Tidey.

The Highway will be lined with visitors and vendors of all nature from fine artists to political candidates. Live music will keep the crowds hopping in the Beer Garden and the Vendor's Garden. A Magician, a Hypnotist, Belly Dancers and Games between the Local Fire Departments will be seen around town.

The Kidz Zone with ice cream eating contest, a whole passel of fun games and crafts, will keep your young people laughing. The Fine Arts Show will be set up at the Blue Barn (corner of Table Top and Hwy 89) with the Go Green Vendors lined up in the parking.

This year's festival is shaping up to be the perfect event for families. Bring your Moms and Grandmas to celebrate their special day.

Unforgettable moments from past Yarnell Daze:
Kids covered in ice cream up to their eyelashes asking to compete again.
Contestants screaming in for a landing to win the Scavenger Hunt.
Live music, a parade, entertainment, antiques,
arts and crafts vendors, a beer garden, and a juried art show.
And, as a band filled the town with music,
the sun in the west turning our beautiful hills into a magical landscape.
